- If multiple payments are made for the same service by the same user, the system will automatically process a refund.
- If a document has already been submitted by another user, any duplicate application fee will be refunded via the user portal.
- Refunds will not be issued for rejected applications due to incorrect information, incomplete documents, or prior submissions.
